Return & Refund Policy

Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully.

At XYARA, every product is thoughtfully formulated to deliver effective, result-driven skincare. We hope you love your experience with us. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We offer returns, replacements, or refunds only in the following cases:

  • You received an incorrect product

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received an expired product

  • You received an empty or tampered package

No other return or refund requests will be accepted beyond the cases mentioned above.

How to Raise a Return or Refund Request

If you face any of the above issues, please email us at:

within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

Your email must include:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear images or videos as supporting proof

Requests raised after 7 days from delivery will not be eligible for review.

Special Case: Empty or Tampered Package

If you receive a package that appears empty or tampered with, please record a clear video while unboxing the package. This video will be required as mandatory proof for verification.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled by contacting our support team.

Review & Reverse Pickup Process

  • Please allow us up to 48 hours to review your return or refund request.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all contents intact.

Refund Processing

  • Upon receiving the returned product, our quality team will verify the issue.

  • If the claim is validated, a refund or replacement will be initiated.

  • Refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours after approval.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Products once used, opened, or altered are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect at delivery.

  • Delivery partners are not authorized to accept or verify return requests.

  • XYARA reserves the right to accept or reject any return request after evaluation.
